Purpose
The Institute for Lutheran Apologetics (ILA) is a group of Confessional Lutherans who have brought together their training and experience in utilizing apologetics for both evangelism and discipleship purposes. Members of the ILA hope to assist and encourage pastors and lay members to use apologetics in their lives and ministries in appropriate ways.
People
The Institute for Lutheran Apologetics is composed of pastors, teachers, and laypeople from a variety of backgrounds, each of whom has demonstrated an interest and aptitude in the field of Christian apologetics. The Institute is organized into several working groups as well as a Steering Committee.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee plans annual meetings, organizes working groups, and generally oversees the total work of the Institute for Lutheran Apologetics.
